Katie has worked with Olympic and elite swimmers working towards London Olympics 2012, and  also worked with GB Syncronised swimmers.  Currently working with Boxers and professional sprinters.

Yoga is for athletes and sport. Olympic teams use a yoga coaches and sessions for athletes. Professional athletes use yoga for strength, physiological balance and flexibility but to enhance concentration/visualization skills in their Sport. Yoga can help you develop better a breathing technique whilst improving your balance, flexibility, core strength, and endurance.
