Will yoga help my back pain?
It really depends on the severity of your back tension, and if it’s a chronic condition. The importance here is to get it checked out by your physician or physiotherapist. Not to give your doctors all the power over your health, but it is important to be safe and to take care of the problem area. Once you have an idea of what it is and have been prescribed exercises and treatments, please ensure you do the exercises, and do them regularly! These exercises will strengthen your core muscles, which supports your spine and will stabilise your posture.
